Ioana Maxim is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Development & Training Manager at AmRest since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ioana was the HR Business Partner for Starbucks powered by AmRest from March 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading recruitment for various managerial positions, coordinating job announcements, organizing recruitment events, and training managers in HR processes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Corporate Trainer at ECHO - Center for Foreign Languages from October 2011 to January 2018. Ioana holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Bucharest, achieved between 2002 and 2006.
