Rushabh Shah is a Commercialisation Manager at AMRC since September 2019, focusing on guiding innovators through market commercialization via consultancy, manufacturing services, and investment strategies. Previous roles at AMRC included Innovation Commercialisation Officer and Research Engineer - Composites, where contributions were made in manufacturing technologies for carbon fibre preforms. Rushabh also served as a Non-Executive Director at Maharashtra Control Panels Private Limited and held the position of Development Engineer at Axon Automotive, leading R&D programs and improving manufacturing efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Manufacturing Technology and Management from Cranfield University, a B.
