Jonathan Charles is the current President at AmRad. Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in operations and management. Jonathan started their career as a Purchasing Agent at St. Thomas Hospital before becoming an Operations Manager at American Radionic Co. In 2009, they became the Plant Manager at American Radionic Co. and oversaw the manufacturing process across 4 different production lines with 55 employees. In 2014, they transitioned to Sales and Marketing Manager - New Product Development and was responsible for managing sales and marketing, including social media, and developing new capacitor products for different markets. In August of 2005, Jonathan left American Radionic Co. to become a Manager at Amazon.com where they managed between 40 and 120 associates in a 750,000 sq./ft. high volume fulfillment center, focusing on the sortation of customer orders. Jonathan left Amazon.com in April of 2009 and returned to American Radionic Co., which had since been renamed AmRad Manufacturing LLC. Jonathan became the President of AmRad in January of 2021.

Jonathan Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from New England College.
