Isabella Santi is a seasoned professional in the life sciences sector, currently serving as a Venture Analyst at the AMR Action Fund since February 2023. With extensive research experience, Isabella has held roles as an Associate Researcher and Postdoctoral Researcher at Biozentrum, University of Basel from February 2014 to January 2023, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from January 2009 to December 2013. Prior to this, Isabella completed several postdoctoral positions at Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics and Chiron Vaccines from 2004 to 2008, following the attainment of a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Padova during work at Chiron Vaccines. Isabella holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the University of Bologna, completed in 2003.
