Heidi Van Gansbeke has work experience in two companies. Heidi worked at Cram Crew, Inc. from 2013 to 2022 in different roles such as Director of Development, Development Team member, and Academic Consultant. Heidi also worked at AMPP: Association for Materials Protection and Performance starting in May 2022 as an Education Strategic Scheduling Specialist.

Heidi Van Gansbeke has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Baylor University, which they earned between 2009 and 2013. Heidi then pursued a Master's Degree in Psychology from Houston Christian University, which they completed between 2015 and 2018.
