Lew Gordon is a Principal Software Engineer at Twilio, where work focuses on Twilio Engage since July 2021. Previously, Lew served as Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Genesys from December 2016 to July 2021, and held various engineering roles at Interactive Intelligence, where development of REST API services and big data workflows occurred. Earlier experience includes positions at Red Hat, Manheim, Orasi Software, Acxiom, and Entergy, demonstrating a consistent background in software development, testing, and engineering. Lew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Systems Engineering/Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
