Adrian Sia Lu has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries and roles. Adrian has extensive experience in transformation, change management, and portfolio management. Adrian has held leadership positions, including Director of Process Engineering at amplify5 and Head of Retail Transformation at Marks and Spencer. Adrian has also worked as a Change Portfolio Manager at the Financial Conduct Authority and as an Independent Contractor at British Gas. Adrian's previous roles include Transformation & Change Portfolio Manager at Carphone Warehouse, Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, and various brand management and strategy roles at Cadbury UK. Adrian has also worked in communications and sponsorship management for sporting events such as the Vancouver Organising Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and the 2005 World Masters Games. Adrian started their career as a consultant at The City of Calgary.

Adrian Sia Lu attended St. Mary's High School from 1994 to 1997. Following that, from 1997 to 2001, Adrian pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communications and a minor in Economics from the University of Calgary.
