Jack Michel is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Controller at Amplify Energy Corp since October 2018, Jack has held various management positions overseeing operations accounting and joint venture audits at multiple companies, including Deep Gulf Energy and Contango Oil & Gas Company. Jack's career began with Arthur Andersen & Co, where auditing focused on exploration and production companies. Educationally, Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
