Massimo Meloni has a strong background in HR, with extensive experience in various roles and industries. Massimo started their career as an Industrial Relations Intern at Saras, where they gained knowledge in the field. Massimo then interned at the Consulate General of Italy in Istanbul, working in the Economic Affairs Office. Massimo later joined the University of Cagliari's Orientation and Career Office as an intern. In 2010, they interned at Eni SpA in the Managerial Development department. Massimo's professional experience includes roles at Mossi Ghisolfi Group, where they worked as an HR Coordinator for Chemtex Italia and as a Corporate HR Development Specialist. Massimo joined Gruppo Danieli in 2013 as the Country HR Manager for India, then moved on to become HR Director for South East Asia Projects, China, and ultimately Asia. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director Australia at Amplifon.
Massimo Meloni has a diverse education history. In 2005, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Università degli Studi di Cagliari. Massimo then went on to complete a Master's degree in International Relations at the same university from 2007 to 2009. In 2006, Meloni attended Istituto Interforma for a short-term Master's program in Human Resources Management.
In 2008, Meloni pursued additional education in Economics at the University of International Business and Economics until 2009. Massimo also attended the University of Bucharest as a visiting student in Economics from 2004 to 2005. Most recently, they obtained a Postgraduate Master's degree in Oil & Gas Law and Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in partnership with Eni Corporate University from 2009 to 2010.
