Fabio Marchionni

HR Director Belgium at Amplifon

Fabio Marchionni has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. From 2022, they have been serving as the HR Director for Belgium at Amplifon. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG as the Head of Global Talent from July 2022 to December 2023. During their time at KPMG, they also held positions such as Talent Development Manager, HR Manager Tax & Legal, Global Talent Manager, and HR Digital Transformation Lead.

Before joining KPMG, Fabio worked at Vodafone as an HR Business Partner, where they supported various corporate functions and managed a population of 700 people. Fabio also had an HR Business Partner role at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, where they focused on strategic development, employee relations, and talent management.

Fabio's earlier experience includes working at Wolters Kluwer Italia as an HR Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner Junior. Fabio was responsible for recruiting, training and development, performance management, and change management.

Fabio began their career as an HR Generalist Intern at Iveco.

Fabio Marchionni completed their education at various institutions. In 2023, they began studying Business Administration and General Management at SDA Bocconi. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Modern Philology - Literature, Theater, Cinema from Università di Pavia from 2012 to 2015. In 2011, they pursued a Master Post Graduate in International Human Resources Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Fabio earned their Bachelor's Degree in Modern Literatures from Università di Pavia, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Fabio completed their high school leaving qualifications at Liceo Classico Ugo Foscolo di Pavia from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, Fabio obtained several certifications in various subjects from esteemed institutions such as Rice University, UNSW Sydney, University of Pennsylvania, University of Virginia, Yale University, London Business School, Bocconi University, University of California-Berkeley, The Wharton School, and Stanford University, spanning from 2017 to 2023.
