Cristina R. has a strong background in IT and project management. Cristina started their career at Ambrosiana Srl as a Marketing & CRM Coordinator, where they coordinated office activities and worked cross-functionally with accounting and Human Resources. Cristina then joined Deloitte XBS as a Consultant, managing IT implementations for international projects. At Amplifon, they have held multiple roles including IT Senior Program Manager and IT Director, Retail and Sales Operations. In these roles, they directed and planned strategic programs, guided projects from inception to closure, and partnered with business and technical leaders to deliver and support business solutions.

Cristina R. pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Università Bocconi between 1999 and 2004.
