Nidhi Pathak is currently an Associate Product Manager at ampliFI Loyalty Solutions, with prior experience as a Founding Product Manager for ThatMate, a mental wellness app aimed at adolescents. Nidhi has held various roles in product management, including enhancing MVPs at SharkNinja and contributing to educational inclusivity at Duke University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Student Consultant. Additionally, Nidhi has consulted for PreAct Technologies, focusing on sensor technology, and worked on digital transformation projects at ExxonMobil, improving stakeholder engagement and technical task management. Nidhi holds a Master’s in Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, along with various educational experiences from prestigious institutions. Nidhi is also a member of the invite-only The Old Girls Club, fostering community among women and non-binary individuals in tech and venture capital.
