Tina Chen's work experience begins with their current role as the Managing Director at the University of Michigan Concussion Center, where they lead the organization in its mission to advance knowledge and provide clinical care for concussions.

In 2023, Tina also serves as a Board Member at Peerbagh, a non-profit based in Austin, Texas that focuses on promoting inclusivity for children through storytelling workshops, books, and educational resources.

Tina's career began as a Research Laboratory Specialist at Michigan Medicine, where they contributed to research projects.

Tina Chen completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication Studies at the University of Michigan from 2004 to 2008. Tina then pursued a Master's degree at the University of Chicago from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, in November 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
