Rodrigo Walter Ehresmann started their work experience in 2013 as a Teacher at EEB Prefeito Carlos Zipperer Sobrinho. In 2013, they also worked as a Software Developer at BPlus Tecnologia Ltda., where they were involved in planning and developing micro-services and integration systems architecture. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Scholarship Holder (CNPQ) at UFPR, conducting research and development on the Artificial Intelligence and Formal Methods Lab. Rodrigo continued the development of FARMA-ALG, a platform focused on teaching Algorithms. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Câmbio Store, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining a marketplace of Exchange Houses. Most recently, starting in 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at PARTICLE Software, where they were involved in the development of RESTful APIs, monolithic OTC applications, and WebSocket integrations using technologies such as Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, Redis, SQL, Heroku, and Go. Rodrigo is currently working as a Back End Engineer at Amplemarket, starting in 2022.

Rodrigo Walter Ehresmann completed their Bachelor in Information Systems from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina between 2011 and 2014. After that, they pursued their Mestrado em Informática from Universidade Federal do Paraná between 2015 and 2018. During their master's, they focused on the fields of Gamification, Intelligent Tutoring System, and Artificial Intelligence.
