Manne Venkanna Chowdary started their work experience in 1997 as the Managing Partner of Micky Industries, a partnership firm specializing in manufacturing Fiber Glass Moldings. During this time, they worked with clients such as ITC, KCP, and Sugar Industries in Andhra Pradesh, assisting them with power savings using FRP-based Roof lite sheets. Manne also provided low-cost fake note detecting equipment to co-op banks.

In 2000, they joined Nucleus Software Exports Limited as a Senior Software Engineer. Initially a Java developer, they later transitioned into a Business Analyst role. Manne'sresponsibilities included managing the Indian Army MS Branch HR System, contributing to ccAPS Market Research, and playing a strategic consulting role in the merging of Citi and korAm (Korea Amex bank) in Seoul.

From 2004 to 2009, Manne worked at Polaris Software Lab as a Senior Project Manager. Manne joined as part of the Future Emerging Leader program and was involved in the FUEL Initiative.
