Guanglei Chen is a Senior Thermal R&D Engineer at Amphenol Communications Solutions, with expertise in thermal design and simulation modeling for data center servers and mobile devices. Prior to this, Guanglei worked as a Thermal Engineering Researcher at Villanova University, focusing on nanostructures for liquid cooling and thermal management solutions. Guanglei also has experience as a Mechanical Engineer at BAIC Motor Corporation Limited, leading a design team and collaborating with manufacturing and QA teams. With a background in Materials Science and Engineering, Guanglei has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
