Kim Kimball has over 35 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Amphenol Alden since April 2018. In this role, Kimball oversees recruitment, employee relations, and the administration of various HR processes, including benefits and payroll. Prior to this, Kimball worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Mahr Inc. for nearly three decades, focusing on talent acquisition, compensation delivery, and community engagement. Earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Representative at Damon Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed employee benefits administration and conflict resolution. Kimball holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
