Cameron Kenna is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ampersand International, a boutique recruitment firm established in 2008, focused on aligning talent with the right roles. Kenna has been actively involved as a Member and Chapter Learning Officer at YPO since August 2020, contributing to the development of global leadership among chief executives. Currently serving as a Board Member for Voice of Change Australia, an initiative aimed at combating domestic violence, Kenna has previously held leadership roles including Director and Franchisor at Coco Cubano, Founder and Executive Director at DEC PR, Founder and Executive Director at Real Properties Australia Pty Ltd, and Director and Founder of FGT Recruitment. Kenna's career began as a Manager at Greythorn IT Recruitment, following an academic background with a Bachelor of Health & Physical Education from the Australian College of Physical Education.
