Crossman Wilkins has over a decade of experience as an instructional designer, curriculum developer, and educator, with expertise in developing e-learning content, instructor-led training, and mobile application design. Crossman has worked with companies such as Cockroach Labs, AppNexus, and Xandr in developing training content and sales enablement programs. Crossman has also worked as an adjunct faculty member at Los Angeles Pierce Community College and Woodbury University in game design and mobile application development, respectively. Moreover, they have won several awards for creating mobile applications, including "Cragsman" and "Brickz." At present, Crossman is working as a Lead Curriculum Developer at Amperity.

Crossman Wilkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Media, Arts and Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2006.
