Kris Krupecki has a diverse work experience in the financial and fintech industries. They are currently working as the Commercial Director at Ampere, a financial service company that offers a comprehensive range of banking services to businesses. Prior to this, Kris was the Co-Founder and CEO of Finer Credit, where they played a crucial role in establishing and growing the company. They successfully acquired funding from Venture Capital investors and presented a compelling business plan. Before Finer Credit, Kris worked at Profit Tree Finance Limited as the National Sales Director. They were responsible for growing the customer base and building a strong sales and management team. Kris has a strong background in sales, management, and entrepreneurship.

Kris Krupecki completed a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, from 2002 to 2007. In 2019, they completed a short course in Lean Management from Vision2learn. From 2015 to 2016, Kris obtained a DipFA (Diploma in financial advice - investment, mortgage, protection, pension advice and financial reg) from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. In 2013, they completed a course on Business Leadership from NAO institute. Additionally, in 2012 and 2013, they obtained a CeMAP (Mortgage Advice and Practice) certification from The London Institute of Banking & Finance.
