Paul Stika has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Paul started their career as a Facility Set-up Technician at Willow Creek Community Church, where they were responsible for setting up rooms for meetings, managing teams during major conferences, and providing technical support. Paul then joined the Marine Corps Recruiting in 2008 as an Infantryman until 2012.

In 2012, Paul joined Witt/Kieffer as an Accounts Payable Clerk and worked there until 2016. Paul then transitioned to Porte Brown LLC as a Staff Accountant from 2017 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Paul served as the Director of Operations and Sales at AES USA Corp. Currently, they hold two positions at Amperage Electrical Supply Inc – Controller and Director of Operational Strategy, starting in 2021 and 2022, respectively.

Paul Stika attended Elmhurst University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance.
