Shrikant Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Sr. Manager - Delivery and Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager at Ampcus Inc. since February 2020. Previously, Shrikant held the position of Recruitment Team Lead at Orion Business Innovation from March 2018 to February 2020 and worked at Ampcus Inc. in various roles from May 2013 to December 2017, including Team Lead & CRM. Shrikant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cost and Works Accounting from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
