Jason Chou has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in hardware and product support roles. Currently serving as a Product Support Engineer at Ampcontrol since June 2012, Jason specializes in the design of intrinsic safety phones and adapter cards. Previously, as a Hardware Design Engineer at Open Access from 2010 to 2012, Jason designed various electronic products, including a Gigabit Ethernet switch and a hot swap power supply. Earlier roles include Senior Hardware/RF Engineer at Etherstack, where modifications to channel board circuits and PCB layouts were performed, and Senior RF Engineer at Prolificx, focusing on Mifare RFID antenna design. Additionally, Jason held various engineering roles at Tecom Co. Ltd from 1995 to 2005, advancing to Deputy Manager. Jason Chou holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Chung Hua University and a diploma in Materials and Mineral from the National Taipei Institute of Technology.
