Sergio Bojalil is an accomplished plant manager with extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Ampacet Corporation since October 2019, Sergio has previously held leadership roles, including Operations Manager at Organic Nails and Business Unit Manager at The Hershey Company, where responsibilities included overseeing comprehensive business development and implementing training for over 200 employees. Sergio's career also includes significant contributions as Packaging Development Manager and Plastics Tooling Manager, as well as leadership positions at Jabil and The Tech Group, where Sergio implemented lean methodologies to enhance productivity. Sergio holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Administration from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and has completed a course in Product and Service Innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
