Kevin Ehlmann is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in additive manufacturing and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at AMP Robotics since April 2020, Kevin previously held roles as an Adjunct Instructor for Advanced Manufacturing and a Research Assistant at Colorado School of Mines. In these positions, Kevin developed and taught courses on Design for Additive Manufacturing and worked on projects including the design of a 3D printed prosthetic foot and probabilistic modeling of a pharmaceutical auto-injector. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Engineer at Barron Associates, where Kevin led multiple projects focusing on testing, analysis, and commercialization of engineering technologies. Kevin's academic background includes a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomechanics and Robotics from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
