Janice Cheung has over 30 years of work experience in the IT industry. Janice worked as an IT Technical Lead at AMP from January 2016, where they were responsible for AWS infrastructure deployment and enterprise data lake security. Janice'sroles included configuration on Talend software, building GitLab repository, and supporting integration tools like Airflow, Athena, Zeppelin, and Fitnesse.

Prior to AMP, Janice was also an IT Technical Lead at AMP from June 2006 to December 2015, where they worked on the configuration of enterprise data warehouse and Oracle database upgrades. Janice also handled tasks such as BMC Controlm upgrade, hardware/OS upgrade, SAN storage upgrade, and data center relocation planning.

Before joining AMP, Janice worked as a Senior Software Engineer at AMP from January 1999 to May 2006. Janice'sresponsibilities included test analysis during the conversion of commission payment system, control-m enterprise manager upgrade, and IDMS PeopleSoft upgrade.

Janice also has experience working as a Software Developer at Mercantile Mutual Insurance Ltd in 1999, a Software Engineer at Roads and Maritime Services from 1992 to 1999, and a Software Developer at various companies in Hong Kong from 1988 to 1991.

Janice Cheung completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of Melbourne from 1991 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Business Studies from York University in Toronto, from 1984 to 1988. Janice also has additional certifications, including "Embracing Unexpected Change" from LinkedIn and "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" from Amazon Web Services, obtained in November 2017.
