Pinki Jaiswal has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Starting in 2007, they worked at L&T Infotech, where they held various roles such as Software Engineer, Test Engineer, and Sr. Test Engineer until December 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Freddie Mac as a QA Tester. In 2021, they joined Linear Financial Technologies as a QA Automation Engineer, and currently holds the same position at Amount since 2022. Pinki'sexperience spans over different companies and roles, showcasing their expertise in QA testing and automation.

Pinki Jaiswal completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications over the years. These include Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce, which they obtained in February 2020. Pinki also completed the Introduction to Data Science course from Cognitive Class in October 2019. In 2016, they received the Scrum Master Accrediated Certification from the International Scrum Institute. Prior to that, in 2012, Pinki obtained the General Insurance for IT and Support Professionals AINS 24 certification from The Institutes. In 2009, they obtained the ISTQB Foundation Level Software Testing certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In December 2008, Pinki received the Property Liability Insurance AINS 21 certification, also from The Institutes.
