Mr. Abudraham has been serving as the CEO of Amot since September 2020. Previously, since January 2016, he served as the CEO of Amot's subsidiary, Amot Real Estate Enterprise & Development Ltd, the Company's entrepreneurship, development & construction arm. Between 2008 and 2016, Mr. Abudraham served as an engineer and Chief Engineering Officer of Amot Investments. Previously, he managed the Construction Division at Rassco.

Mr. Abudraham holds a bachelor’s degree (B.sc) in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree (M.R.E) in Real Estate from the Technion.
