Elshad Madatov has extensive experience in the lifting and inspection industry, currently serving as General Manager at AMOS Group Limited since June 2018, previously holding positions as Operations Coordinator and Senior Lifting Inspector. Prior experience includes a role as Lifting Inspector at Rigmarine from April 2017 to June 2018 and several positions at Rigmarine Europe LTD from May 2011 to April 2017, including Training Instructor and Trainee Lifting Inspector. Elshad's practical expertise is demonstrated through independent load testing and inspections for BP Azerbaijan's SPS Base. Additionally, an apprentice lifting inspector program was successfully completed over a two and a half year period to gain foundational knowledge. Elshad holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Processing of Materials from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, completed in 2010.
