Earlier in the career, Oliver held various positions, including CFO and change manager in sectors such as construction, energy, and pharmaceuticals, demonstrating a strong track record in restructuring and financial leadership. Oliver's background also includes finance director roles in pharmaceutical companies across the US, EU, and AU, as well as capital markets experience in one of Germany's top banks.
