Adebayo Akande is a professional with extensive experience in agricultural management and community engagement. Currently serving as a Farmer Satisfaction Representative at AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Ltd since March 2020, Adebayo focuses on assessing the impact of Noiler birds on rural livelihoods in Nigeria through data gathering and reporting. Prior roles include Admin Officer at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, coordinating office activities and managing student records, and Farm Manager/Poultry Supervisor at EBRAFARMS Agricultural Services and Consulting, overseeing poultry operations. Adebayo gained foundational experience as a Farm Intern at the University of Ilorin Teaching and Research Farm. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from the University of Ilorin and ongoing pursuit of an MBA in Financial Management at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
