Joel Berman, CPA, has a diverse work experience in various roles related to consolidation, finance transformation, and auditing. Joel most recently worked at Amneal Pharmaceuticals as the Associate Director, Global Consolidations and Finance Transformation. There, they completed the design and implementation of a new consolidations tool, collaborated with auditors on internal control processes, and streamlined reporting packages for legal entities. Before that, they held roles at BD, including Senior Manager Consolidations and Project Manager, where they were responsible for activities associated with company-wide income statement consolidation and led the implementation of a new financial consolidation system. Earlier in their career, Joel worked as an Audit Supervisor at Ross, Anglim, Angelini & Co., LLP, an Audit Senior at PwC, an Audit Senior at Sobel & Co., LLC, and an Audit Senior at EisnerAmper. In these positions, they conducted risk assessments, documented and tested internal controls for SOX compliance, and performed audit procedures in accordance with reporting standards.

Joel Berman, CPA, completed their education at the University of Delaware from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and International Business. Joel also holds a CPA certification from the state of New Jersey.
