Sherida Winter has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sherida started their career as a CNS at DeKalb Medical in 2008, where they worked until 2010. In 2008, they also began working at Emory Johns Creek Hospital as a Nurse Director, a position they held until 2012. Since 2012, they have held various roles at AMN Healthcare, including Clinical Program Director and currently as Director of Clinical Operations.

Sherida Winter holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Nursing Science from Hunter College. Sherida also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Long Island University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
