Jenny Davis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. From 1998 to 2004, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Fire Systems West, where they successfully consolidated and streamlined HR functions and implemented cost-saving measures.

In 2004, Jenny joined Talisma as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled various HR responsibilities such as benefits, payroll, training, immigration, policy formation, and employee relations. Jenny also established offices in five different countries, showcasing their international HR expertise. Jenny remained with Talisma until 2009.

From 2010 to 2011, Jenny worked as the Payroll/Benefits Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, overseeing payroll and benefits functions.

In 2011, Jenny joined Axia Home Loans as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they managed HR, Facilities, and IT functions. Jenny's accomplishments at Axia included onboarding 97 new employees in five states and opening 10 new offices within six months. Jenny also handled benefits administration and developed a wellness plan.

From 2012 to 2013, Jenny served as an HR Consultant/Producer at AAOA Healthcare - Affiliated Services, LLC.

In 2013, Jenny joined ABC Legal Services as the Human Resources Director. In this hands-on leadership role, they reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for payroll, HR functions, employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee retention, workforce development, and HR law compliance. Jenny was involved in both strategic and tactical functions.

Most recently, Jenny has been working at AMMEX Corporation. Jenny held the positions of Director of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Vice President of People Operations.

Jenny Davis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Central Washington University from 1991 to 1995. Jenny has also obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (obtained in December 2012) and the SHRM-SCP (obtained in January 2015) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), respectively.
