Russell Rigouard, WCM, ENP, is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in communications and emergency management. Currently serving as a System Technician at AMK Services since November 2022, Russell previously held the position of Radio Maintenance Manager at Spartanburg County until November 2022. Prior roles include Technical Engineering Representative at Diversified Electronics, Inc. from August 2018 to July 2020 and Communications Maintenance Superintendent for the City of Raleigh from December 1989 to May 2018, where a multitude of positions within Raleigh Wake 911 provided a comprehensive understanding of both operational and technological facets of a major 911 Center. Russell Rigouard holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management from Jacksonville State University.
