Alexis Dalton, SWP, serves as the Senior Director of People Operations at Amivero since June 2024. Previously, Alexis held the position of Talent Leader/Strategic Workforce Planning at IBM from January 2024 to June 2024 and was the Senior Manager of Global Mobility & Workforce Planning at Octo from January 2021 to February 2024, following Octo's acquisition of Sevatec, Inc., where Alexis worked in Talent Management. Earlier experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at Sevatec, Sr. HR Manager/Talent Acquisition at Easy Dynamics Corp, and Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at Excelacom. Alexis began a career in recruiting at SNI Companies and SolomonEdwardsGroup, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Mary Baldwin University.
