Niels Maas has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at MGG Netherlands since January 2011, overseeing the location in Nieuw Bergen with 310 FTE and acting as the overarching Training Coordinator for both the Nieuw Bergen and Tegelen/Venlo sites, which total 500 FTE. Previously, Niels gained practical experience as a student intern at Xerox Venray, where an action plan for optimizing Human Resources Development was created. Niels holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, a vocational diploma in Marketing Communication from ROC Gilde Opleidingen, and a HAVO diploma from Valuas College Venlo.
