Mike Maas joined AMI Entertainment Network as president and CEO in 2006. Before AMI, Mike served as Microsoft’s general manager for U.S. enterprise and industry marketing, where he oversaw local marketing efforts in major U.S. cities, while also managing Microsoft’s Global Executive Circle Program, aimed at high-quality engagement with senior business leaders.
Mike began his career in the high-performance supercomputer industry, where he held various technical and management positions at Control Data Corporation, ETA Systems, and Kendall Square Research. He later joined IBM, serving as vice president of marketing for IBM’s communications sector, where he was responsible for leading the global marketing effort in the communication industry and for marketing global, cross-IBM initiatives in digital media and wireless/mobile computing. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
