Galia Rodriguez is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance and customer service. Currently serving as the Quality Team Lead at Amida Care since March 2023, Galia has previously held the position of Quality Assurance Specialist at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York from March 2018 to February 2023. Prior to this, Galia worked as a Customer Service Representative at Chase from July 2015 to July 2016. Galia's extensive tenure at Verizon FiOS and Verizon from February 1993 to April 2015 included roles as a Sales Associate and Sales Trainer.
