Sophie Clarke's work experience includes serving as an Associate Medical Director UKI at Amicus Therapeutics since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Pfizer as a Senior Medical Advisor, Rare Diseases from February 2020 to August 2021. Sophie also has experience at MSD, where they held various roles such as Area Healthcare Lead, Brand & Customer Manager, and Medical Scientific Liaison in the fields of diabetes, pulmonary hypertension, and specialty products. Additionally, they worked as a Medical Sales Representative at MSD. Sophie Clarke has also worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge from October 2012 to July 2018.

Sophie Clarke earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physiology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2006. Sophie then pursued a PhD in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Cambridge, completing it in 2018.
