Nickita Mehta has a diverse work experience in the field of research and investigation. Nickita has worked at Amicus Therapeutics as an Associate Director and Principal Investigator, as well as an Associate Principal Investigator and Senior Research Investigator. Prior to that, Mehta was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT, and Harvard, as well as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School. Nickita also worked as a PhD Research Assistant at the University of Georgia, conducting research on glycoproteins and tissue-specific glycosylation. Additionally, Mehta has experience as a Research Technician at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and as a Research Assistant and Tutor at Michigan State University.
Nickita Mehta completed a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia / Complex Carbohydrate Research Center from 2009 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Michigan State University from 2005 to 2009. They also attended Colombo International School in Sri Lanka from 2001 to 2005.
