Joua Yang supports adult mental wellness as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who oversees Targeted Case Management and the Center for Social Healing with Wilder's Community Mental Health & Wellness Services. Joua is bilingual (Hmong/English) and has worked in a variety of settings including child protection, foster care and adoption, re-entry, and program development.
