Eric Whitemyer, MRED, MLA, currently serves as a Development Analyst for AMH in the Southwest Region since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Development at Rebuild The Block, Senior Associate in the National Net Lease | Sale Leaseback Group at Transwestern, and Assistant Development Manager at Vali Homes. Eric’s background also encompasses landscape design positions at O'Dell Engineering and Bockholt Landscape Architecture, as well as an Assistant Mortgage Loan Officer role at Mountain America Credit Union. Eric holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Master of Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Additionally, Eric completed an undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
