Danny Krause has extensive experience in contact center operations and sales management, currently serving as Director of Contact Center Operations at American Homes 4 Rent since October 2012. In this role, Danny oversees the entire operation of the contact center, focusing on inbound sales, customer service, and outbound strategies, while implementing and reviewing policies and procedures. Previous positions include Property Manager at Hertz and multiple roles at Public Storage, where Danny managed a large sales team and significantly improved sales production. Additional experience includes roles as a Realtor Associate and Buyers Specialist with Remax, as well as early career positions in production assistance and real estate at CENTURY 21 Personal Choice. Danny holds education credentials from the University of Phoenix, Allied Schools-California, and the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business.
