Hollie Skaggs currently serves as a Senior Director at Amgen, where responsibilities include developing and leading the Data Science team within TS&BA to support strategic priorities, overseeing the integration of the legacy Horizon nonclinical safety team during the Amgen acquisition, and mentoring future toxicologists. Previously, Hollie worked as a Director at Relay Therapeutics, enhancing the nonclinical safety function and improving data quality and efficiency. At Incyte, Hollie acted as the Nonclinical Safety Project Representative for various drug discovery projects and was responsible for regulatory submissions. Educational achievements include an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Delaware, a PhD in Toxicology from the University of Kentucky, a BS in Zoology from Auburn University, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Kentucky.
