Athimoolam Arunachalampillai is a Senior Principal Scientist at Amgen, where experience spans from July 2019 to the present. Prior to this, Athimoolam held the position of Senior Lead Investigator and Senior Group Leader at Syngene International Limited from November 2007 to July 2019. Athimoolam's academic journey includes a postdoctoral researcher role at the University of Lund, Sweden, from March 2006 to November 2007, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Ottawa from April 2003 to January 2006. Athimoolam earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, between 1997 and 2003, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from VHNSN College, Virudhunagar, from 1995 to 1997.
