Andy Ruczenczyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Global Congress Strategy & Operations at Amgen since September 2013. In this role, Andy is instrumental in designing and implementing strategies for Congress participation in both virtual and hybrid formats. Previously, as the Global Active Knowledge Transfer Lead, Andy supported the management of over 160 partnerships aimed at enhancing healthcare outcomes globally. As a Value Solutions Manager, Andy played a key role in market access for Amgen treatments. Earlier experiences include serving as the NHS Commercial Director at Quintiles, where Andy was vital in developing services for the NHS and providing market access solutions for pharmaceutical companies, as well as roles at Nycomed and Pfizer focused on market access and network management. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from De Montfort University.
