Md Saiham Ibne Rafi C. has extensive experience in sustainability, compliance, and capacity building across various industries. Currently serving as a CB Coordinator at amfori - Trade with Purpose since June 2017, Rafi is responsible for enhancing the quality and impact of sustainability capacity-building activities and supporting auditing efforts while prioritizing member satisfaction and stakeholder respect. Previous roles include Assistant Manager for HSSE & HR at Summit Communications Ltd, CSR Expert at MADE-BY, Senior Program Officer at CSR Centre, Environmental Consultant at EQMS Consulting Limited, and various teaching positions at North South University. Rafi holds a Master's degree in Resource and Environmental Management from North South University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Resource Management from Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University.
