Matthew Lappen currently serves as DVP Sales & Marketing at AMETEK-Coining since September 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at AMETEK Specialty Metal Products from October 2004 to September 2022, including Director of Sales and Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed market strategies, growth initiatives, and customer relations for the Strip Business Unit. Additional roles within AMETEK included Global Product Manager for Precision Strip and Regional Sales Manager for New England. Matthew has also worked as Business Development Manager, where market expansion and new product development were streamlined, and as Customer Service Manager, focusing on improving transactional business processing. Earlier experience includes roles at Carpenter Technology and ATI Allvac, with a strong foundation in inside sales and project engineering. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of New Haven and an Associate degree in Business Management from the same institution, as well as a prior degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
