Alejandro Guerrero has extensive work experience starting in 1997 as an Aerospace Engineer at Marotta Controls, Inc. After working there for three years, they joined Amerlux LLC in 2000 as the Director of Engineering - Research & Development, and they continue in this role presently.

Alejandro Guerrero pursued their bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1992.
